Of course, we are all unique… Even identical twins have differences! Sometimes noticeable over time, but yes, we are all different.
And of course, our feet are no exception. Besides size and smell, there are also different types of feet! Do you know your foot?

This is the rarest type of foot, found in only 5% of the population, but in 46% of Greeks, hence its name!

The Roman foot or square foot: the bane of footballers ⚽
Present in 25% of the population, this is the second most common foot type in the world. It is distinguished by the perfect (or almost perfect) alignment of the first four toes. The football expression "to have square feet" therefore does not come from its actual shape, but from the lack of success of some players in front of goal. Indeed, it is easy to understand that playing with a truly square foot must not be easy.
Normal, flat or hollow foot?
You quickly identified your foot type, now you can also define your plantar support.
There are two main foot types: high arches, where the weight is primarily borne on the heel and forefoot; flat feet, also known as valgus foot; and normal feet. Identify your foot type using the image.
