Find the main answers to your questions about the delivery of your orders.
Delivery times are between 2 and 3 working days (48 to 72 hours) from the date of shipment of the package, depending on the method chosen.
The preparation time for the package, before shipment, is generally 1 to 2 working days.
These delivery times are generally observed outside of sales and promotional periods and may be subject to unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, technical problems with the carrier, etc.) which are beyond the control of gdcboutique.com. gdcboutique.com cannot be held responsible for any delays.
- Pickup point: From €3.90*, delivery to a Pickup point allows you to receive your parcel in one of the 8,500 local businesses (tobacconists/newsagents, grocery stores, florists, etc.) selected by our partner DPD.
The delivery time for your parcel to a collection point is generally 1 to 2 days after it has been shipped.
Your parcel will then be available for collection within 8 to 9 business days. If you do not have a Chauss34 / GDC store near you, this is the delivery method we recommend as it is generally faster and less inconvenient for you.

Home delivery: From €4.90*, delivery is made directly to your home or to the address of your choice. The delivery time for your parcel to a collection point is generally 2 to 3 days after it has been dispatched.
If you are not home, the delivery driver will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox so that you can collect your package which will have been left at one of the Pickup points.
For mainland France, delivery is made by our partner DPD; for other destinations, delivery services will generally be offered by Colissimo.
The choice of delivery method is made on the shopping cart page, once you are logged into your account.
We offer delivery in mainland France, including Corsica, as well as in the Overseas Departments, Regions, Collectivities and Territories.
International delivery is also available to the following countries: Germany, Andorra, Belgium, Spain, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, and Switzerland. For these destinations, deliveries are made to your home address only.
For other countries: currently we do not offer delivery to these other countries, however, please feel free to contact us via our contact form or by phone.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an initial email stating "Payment accepted".
Very quickly, our site displays " Order Confirmation " so your order is registered and sent to our order pickers.
On the same day, or more generally within 24 hours, our teams process your order, and the status changes to " Processing ." Our teams have received your order, but it may then be in one of two situations:
- Your item is in our main warehouse in Béziers, it is then usually prepared and shipped the same day or, depending on the period, within 2 working days following your order.
- One or more items may no longer be available in this warehouse. In this case, a transfer time between our warehouses (located throughout southern France) and Béziers will be necessary. Your order will then be shipped within 3 to 6 business days, depending on the circumstances.
We will inform you as best we can if there is any delay in processing your order.
You will then receive an email saying " Preparing your order ": please be patient, your items will arrive soon. We perform a final check before packing and handing it over to our carrier.
As soon as your order is handed over to the carrier, the status changes to " Shipped ", you also receive an email saying "Your order will be delivered by DPD" containing the tracking link for your package (also available in your customer area).
We are therefore doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Free delivery to a collection point for orders over €149 😍
In accordance with our general terms and conditions of offers (see the General Terms and Conditions ), delivery charges and associated thresholds may be modified, increased, waived, or exceptionally offered free of charge during certain promotional events (Sales, Black Friday, etc.). 😉
During periods of high demand (particularly in summer), some collection points may be temporarily closed or unavailable.
In this case, GDCBOUTIQUE.COM reserves the right to automatically redirect the order to the nearest available relay point , without waiting for the customer's prior agreement, in order to guarantee fast shipping.
The customer will be informed of this change by email or telephone as soon as possible.
This procedure aims to avoid any unnecessary delays in the delivery of your order.
