Returns are free, limited to one return (containing one or more items) per order. For all returns made by mail, you can request a return label. We will confirm by email that your label is ready. Once you receive this message, go to dpd.com/fr/retours .
Making a return is simple:
- Log in to your customer area and make your return request for the order for which you wish to obtain a return, then check the item(s) you wish to return (NB: 1 request per item, but only 1 label per order).
A return label will be provided to you within 24 hours.
- Prepare the item(s) in suitable shipping packaging; for example, if it is in good condition, reuse the one in which you received your items.
Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, instructions for use, documentation and labels.
- Remember to include the return form: automatically generated and downloadable online from your customer area, it allows us to find you easily.

- Print and stick the DPD label then drop off the package at a DPD collection point (list on dpd.com/fr/retours/ ).
For a Colissimo return: drop off the package at a Post Office or at a retailer in the La Poste network (see list online at laposte.fr/retour ).
- Have the proof of deposit dated and stamped. Keep it until you receive your refund; it may be requested if necessary (in case of dispute, no refund will be issued without proof of deposit).
- Upon receipt and verification of the items, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued via the original payment method; if you paid via PayPal, we will credit the corresponding amount to your PayPal balance.
