Free returns within 30 days

Easy and free returns if you are not satisfied with your order!

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item free of charge by mail or to exchange it in one of our stores.

All returns or exchanges must be requested in advance from your customer account via the "Return Request" button.

Items must be returned new, unused and in perfect condition for resale, in their original and complete packaging (labels, packaging, any accessories, etc.) and accompanied by the return form .

Shoe boxes must not have any tape, stuck-on labels, or any writing on them .

During the sales period:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs apply.

For returns:

  • Return shipping costs by post are payable.
  • Return shipping to stores is free.
  • Return shipping costs are waived in the case of a credit note.

Customer service remains at your disposal should you need it.

WARNING : during promotional periods, or subject to the conditions set out in article 8 of our General Terms and Conditions , we reserve the right to refund all or part of the return costs or to apply deductions.

Additional information

Returns are free, limited to one return (containing one or more items) per order. For all returns made by mail, you can request a return label. We will confirm by email that your label is ready. Once you receive this message, go to dpd.com/fr/retours .

Making a return is simple:

  1. Log in to your customer area and make your return request for the order for which you wish to obtain a return, then check the item(s) you wish to return (NB: 1 request per item, but only 1 label per order).
    A return label will be provided to you within 24 hours.
  2. Prepare the item(s) in suitable shipping packaging; for example, if it is in good condition, reuse the one in which you received your items.
    Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, instructions for use, documentation and labels.
  3. Remember to include the return form: automatically generated and downloadable online from your customer area, it allows us to find you easily.

  4. Print and stick the DPD label then drop off the package at a DPD collection point (list on dpd.com/fr/retours/ ).
    For a Colissimo return: drop off the package at a Post Office or at a retailer in the La Poste network (see list online at laposte.fr/retour ).
  5. Have the proof of deposit dated and stamped. Keep it until you receive your refund; it may be requested if necessary (in case of dispute, no refund will be issued without proof of deposit).
  6. Upon receipt and verification of the items, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued via the original payment method; if you paid via PayPal, we will credit the corresponding amount to your PayPal balance.

/!\ Warning: the shoe box does not constitute a reshipping package.

If you wish, you can exchange the item(s) ordered on our website free of charge in any of our stores (list available at gdcboutique.com/nos-boutiques ). Making an exchange in store is simple:

  1. Log in to your customer account and submit your "Return Request" (1 request per item). You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
  2. Prepare your item(s) with the purchase invoice, available in your customer area.
  3. Go to the checkout of one of our stores with the item(s) accompanied by the corresponding purchase invoice that you will have printed.
  4. After checking the merchandise, you can exchange the pair for the same model to change the size (standard exchange for a size up or down), or, if you prefer, for any other product in the store, subject to availability. In the latter case, the exchange value will be equal to the total price including tax charged at the time of purchase of the item(s). For exchanges with any other item: if the price is the same, you will not have to pay anything; if the price is higher, you will have to pay the difference between the returned item and the new item; if the price is lower, you will be refunded the difference in the form of a credit note valid only in stores.
  • If the price is the same, then you will not have to pay anything.
  • If the price is higher, you will have to pay the difference between the returned item and the new item.
  • If the price is lower, you will be refunded the difference in the form of a credit note valid only in stores.

Note: the store will not issue a refund, only an exchange or credit note.
