These terms and conditions are entered into exclusively between GDC, a simplified joint-stock company specializing in retail footwear, registered with the Béziers Trade and Companies Register under number 791 519 572, whose registered office is located at 230 avenue Robert Schuman, 34500 Béziers (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", "GDC BOUTIQUE" or "GDC SAS") and any person (internet user) visiting, making a purchase or a reservation (hereinafter "the Customer") via the website accessible at www.gdcboutique.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"). The Seller, GDC BOUTIQUE, and the Customer shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as "the Parties".

The Parties agree that their relationship will be governed exclusively by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are accessible on the Site.

The date these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are published online constitutes the effective date.

1.1. These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) are intended, on the one hand, to inform any potential buyer, Customer, on the conditions and terms in which the Seller, GDC BOUTIQUE, carries out the sale and delivery of the Product(s) ordered and, on the other hand, to define the rights and obligations of the Parties in the context of the sale of Product(s) by GDC BOUTIQUE.

1.2. Any Order implies the Customer's unreserved acceptance of and adherence to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), which prevail over any other document from the Customer, and in particular over any general terms and conditions of purchase, unless expressly agreed to in advance by the Seller. Consequently, placing an Order by the Customer implies their unrestricted and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. Any document other than these GTC (catalogue, brochures, advertisements, notices, emails, etc.), except for the
Terms and Conditions of Offers ( or T&Cs ) are for informational and indicative purposes only, and are not contractually binding.

1.3. These Terms and Conditions may be modified. Therefore, it is understood that the applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the Site at the time the Customer's order is registered.

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the Products presented on our Site gdcboutique.com .

The characteristics of the Products offered for sale are presented on each "Product" page of our Site and are described and explained on
as precisely as possible.

Although we make every effort to ensure that images of our shoes and accessories are captured and presented as faithfully as possible, it is important to point out that variations in color perception may occur depending on the type of screen used and ambient lighting conditions, such as viewing in direct sunlight or in a dark environment.

All texts and images presented on the GDC SAS website (GDC BOUTIQUE) are protected worldwide by copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.

Products are available while stocks last.
The computer system used to display product availability on the Site may depend in particular on stock updates by each store in our network.

Any errors or anomalies related to the operation of the site that prevent you from benefiting from these sales offers are beyond our control.

Your order will be processed by our teams (a different step from the
automatic "Order Confirmation" email), availability
The products ordered are then actually verified.
In the event that an ordered Product becomes unavailable, the Customer will be informed by email as soon as possible.
Since each product has very distinct characteristics, we generally cannot offer you a similar product.
GDC BOUTIQUE then undertakes to reimburse the Customer no later than 14 days following payment of the sums paid (Article L. 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code provides for a period of 30 days).

The Customer has the option to cancel an entire order if one of the products comprising said order becomes unavailable.

As the Site is not intended to sell its Products in large quantities, SAS GDC (GDC BOUTIQUE) reserves the right to refuse orders of more than 5 identical Products.

The Site cannot be used by professional seller Clients,
whether alone or grouped together, and regardless of the marketing method.

The prices of the Products are those appearing on the Site on the day of its
consultation by the Client and within the limits of available stocks.
Product prices are shown in euros and include VAT, excluding delivery charges, which remain the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise stated or under specific conditions. The amount of the additional delivery charges is shown to the Customer in the "Delivery" tab accessible on the shopping cart page and in these terms and conditions.
VAT is applied at the rate in effect at the time of the order. Any change in the rate will be immediately reflected on the Site, but the rate applicable to your

SAS GDC (GDC BOUTIQUE) reserves the right to change prices at any time, but Products ordered are billed at the price in effect when the order is registered.

During certain promotional periods, prices on the Site may differ from prices in our group's stores . Unless otherwise stated, the prices displayed apply exclusively to products purchased online through the Site.

The duration of promotional operations and their specific conditions can be viewed from the " Conditions of Offers " page, throughout their validity and until the last day +1 month of them.

The ordering process on the gdcboutique.com website is as follows:

  • Customer registration or identification on the Site via the "my account" section

Step 1: The Client logs into their Client account or creates one;
(This step can be done after you have filled your basket)
Step 2: The Customer selects and adds the Product(s) to their basket. The basket can be accessed at any time to modify or validate it;
Step 3: The customer checks the details of their basket, applies a promotional code if applicable, and finally confirms their purchase.
Step 4: The Customer chooses their delivery method, the costs of which are indicated for paid delivery methods;
Step 5: The Customer enters their full contact details or verifies and updates them if they are logged into their account;
Step 6: When validating the order summary, the Customer expressly accepts the general terms and conditions of sale in force on the Site;
Step 7: The Customer chooses their payment method and is then redirected to the secure payment site where they enter their bank details. See Article 6, Payment Methods, for more details.

Once the operation has been completed, SAS GDC (GDC BOUTIQUE) confirms receipt of the order by automatically sending an email which includes all the elements of the order, including the right of withdrawal, as well as the invoice.

The Customer will be able to track the progress of their order via our carrier's website by clicking on the "shipment tracking" link they received in the "Order Tracking" email.

  • Validation, preparation and shipping

Our preparation teams then take over. Product stock availability is checked, allowing us to inform you of any unavailability (out of stock). Once product availability is confirmed, they proceed to preparation, a stage during which a quality control check is performed. This check ensures that there are no non-conformities (each product is inspected before shipment: leather quality, color, laces, etc.).

The usual processing time for an order is 72 hours, or 3 working days, from Monday to Friday, it includes: the taking of your order and its preparation (receipt, verification and packaging) by our teams plus the delivery time by our carrier.

The delivery times announced on the Site are calculated in working days, from the departure from the warehouses of SAS GDC (GDC BOUTIQUE).

These delays are an average observed during normal periods (excluding sales or promotional operations).

Confirming the order implies the Client's obligation to pay the indicated price plus delivery charges.

Purchases made on the Site are paid for in cash exclusively using one of the following payment methods:

  • by bank cards;
    Credit card (CB, e-Carte Bleue, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, or Visa Electron) can be paid directly on the Site via the secure PAYPLUG payment system. Your confidential bank details (16-digit card number, expiry date, security code) are secured according to the latest standards via Payplug's PCI DSS secure platform and are thus transmitted directly in encrypted form to the server of the

  • A dedicated account is required for PayPal.
  • With Scalapay, you can pay in 3 or 4 installments with no fees starting from €150. You will need to confirm your personal details (phone number and email address or any other information).

When one of these payment methods is clicked, a link is created with the dedicated payment server using a secure exchange protocol that encrypts the information via SSL (Secure Socket Layer), TSL or any other secure means made available by the payment platforms.
At no time do card numbers pass through or are stored on our servers and our site, which guarantees you the best security in terms of payment.

All payments are made in euros. The full price (including shipping costs and any additional charges for services you have ordered) will be debited from your selected payment method.

7.1 Delivery conditions, transfer of risk and transfer of ownership

Deliveries are made in mainland France excluding Corsica.
Deliveries are also possible to Corsica, Monaco and the following neighboring countries: Germany, Andorra, Belgium, Luxembourg.
The Netherlands, Portugal, and Switzerland. In the latter cases, a surplus
International shipping is applied and delivery times may be extended.

Delivery is made: either to the address provided by the Customer, or to a Relay Point (see paragraphs a., b. and c.).
The Client specifies the full address (street, number, building, floor, ...)
where he wishes the Products to be delivered to him for "Home" delivery.
The Customer chooses the address of the collection point where they wish the Products to be delivered for delivery to a "Collection Point". They must not modify it, nor choose one that is not in the list provided.
In both cases, he will have to provide at least one telephone number, with mobile phone preferred in order to be notified by SMS.

Any error in providing the postal address, email address, and/or telephone number is the sole responsibility of the Customer, who may not hold SAS GDC (GDC BOUTIQUE) liable for any reason whatsoever. If the package is returned to GDC BOUTIQUE due to an incorrect address or contact information, penalty fees may be applied to the Customer.

The ordered product(s) remain the property of GDC BOUTIQUE until full payment of the price by the customer. However, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer as soon as the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, takes possession of the goods (Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code).

Upon delivery of the order, the Customer must check its contents and, in the event of any apparent non-conformity, undertakes to make any necessary reasoned reservations, which must be noted on the delivery slip and sent to the carrier and to GDC BOUTIQUE by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or in writing on a durable medium, within three (3) days of receiving the order. Otherwise, the products alleged to be non-conforming cannot be returned to GDC BOUTIQUE.

7.2 Shipping Costs and Methods

The delivery times stated on the Website are calculated in working days, starting from the date of dispatch from the GDC SAS warehouses (GDC BOUTIQUE). Dispatch from the warehouses occurs after preparation (receipt, verification and packaging) by our teams.
These delays are an average observed during normal periods (excluding sales or promotional operations).
For more details on deadlines, see paragraph 7.3.

Delivery charges, if any, are added to the selling price of the item(s).
Product(s) ordered. They are at the Client's expense.

In the case of exceptional orders (more than 7 items), additional charges may apply to ensure the best possible packaging and guarantee safe receipt of the resulting separate package(s).

The free delivery threshold may be temporarily modified during specific sales events (Sales, Black Friday, promotions, etc.). For example, during the "Summer Sales 2025" event, this threshold is exceptionally set at €149 of purchases . This amount may be adjusted depending on the nature and duration of the event.

a. Delivery in mainland France, excluding Corsica, islands off the French coast and difficult-to-reach areas

Customers in mainland France, excluding Corsica, islands off the French coast and difficult-to-access areas (see point b.), have a choice of three delivery methods:

  • "In-store pickup": delivery is recommended for customers who are nearby, as it is generally faster and less restrictive for the customer.

Delivery is made either to the address provided by the customer or to a collection point. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address. Any error in providing the address or contact details may result in additional charges payable by the customer.

Special condition for delivery to a "Relay Point"

All orders delivered to a relay point are made available at the relay point chosen by the Customer at the time of placing their order, for a period of 8 to 9 working days.
If the Customer fails to collect the package within this timeframe, it will automatically be returned to GDC BOUTIQUE. Penalty fees may then be applied to the Customer.

During periods of high demand (particularly in summer), some collection points may be temporarily closed or unavailable.
In this case, GDCBOUTIQUE.COM reserves the right to automatically redirect the order to the nearest available relay point , without waiting for the customer's prior agreement, in order to guarantee fast shipping.
The customer will be informed of this change by email or telephone as soon as possible.
This procedure aims to avoid any unnecessary delays in the delivery of your order.

Special condition for "Home" delivery

During home deliveries, if the customer is absent, the delivery driver
A delivery notice will be left in the mailbox so the customer can collect their parcel, which will have been dropped off at one of the Pickup points closest to their home. The customer will then have 8 to 9 business days to collect their parcel.

If the Customer fails to collect the package within this timeframe, it will automatically be returned to GDC BOUTIQUE. Penalty fees may then be applied to the Customer.

Delivery without signature – Transfer of responsibility

The customer has the option of choosing delivery with or without signature. In the case of delivery without signature, the package is considered delivered as soon as the carrier (La Poste, Colissimo, or other) indicates a status of "distributed" or "delivered" via its tracking system.

By validating this option, the customer expressly agrees that the parcel may be delivered to their mailbox, or any other secure location according to the carrier's terms and conditions, without proof of signature.

Based on the delivery confirmation provided by the carrier:

  • The seller's liability is waived , in accordance with Article L216-4 of the Consumer Code.
  • The customer assumes the risks of loss, theft or damage after delivery.
  • No claim will be accepted without production of a certificate of non-possession AND a complaint filed with the competent authorities.

The customer is advised to opt for delivery with signature if they wish to benefit from a higher level of security.

Special condition for delivery to a "Safe Place"

As part of our partnership with the carrier DPD, the Customer may be offered the option of delivery to a "Safe Place".

This option allows customers, upon voluntary request, to specify a

By choosing delivery to a secure location, the customer acknowledges and accepts that any claim related to the loss or damage of the package after delivery confirmation cannot be processed by GDC customer service.

Delivery is justified by a photograph of the package deposited in the safe place and a precise geolocation at the time the photo was taken, thus ensuring undeniable proof of respect for the customer's choice and the place of deposit.

b. Delivery to Corsica, islands off the French coast and difficult areas

c. International delivery

For Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, deliveries are made to your home only without signature* and are charged at €15.

For Andorra and Switzerland, deliveries are made to your home only without signature* and are charged at €20.

For other countries: currently we do not offer delivery to these other countries, however, please feel free to contact us via our contact form or by phone.

* The delivery methods and options offered are subject to change.

7.3 Delivery times

The delivery times indicated on the Website are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), starting from the date of dispatch from the GDC SAS warehouses (GDC BOUTIQUE). These times exclude sales periods and loyalty offers reserved for Customers.

SAS GDC (GDC BOUTIQUE) undertakes to deliver the order within 10 working days from the order confirmation in normal periods (excluding sales or promotional operations).
In the event of force majeure, delivery times may not be met, without the responsibility of SAS GDC (GDC BOUTIQUE) being sought.
In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to the Customer to inform them of any potential impact on the stated delivery time.

Pursuant to the provisions of Articles L.216-1 / L.216-2 / L.216-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code, in the event of a delay in delivery on the date or within the period stipulated, or failing that no later than thirty (30) days after the order, the Customer may terminate the contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by a written notice on a durable medium (email, fax), if after having ordered SAS GDC (GDC BOUTIQUE) to make the delivery within a reasonable additional period, the latter has not complied.

In the event of cancellation of the order by the Customer, SAS GDC (GDC BOUTIQUE) will proceed to refund all sums paid no later than 14 days following the date on which the contract was terminated.

* The 72-hour delivery (3 working days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) announced on the Site is the average delivery time observed, depending on the availability of the Products on our shipping platform, and for all orders placed before 9:00 am.
This timeframe includes the handling of your order and its preparation (receipt, verification and packaging) by our teams, to which must be added the delivery time by our carrier.

GDC SAS (GDC BOUTIQUE) makes every effort to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible: if the ordered product(s) are available at our shipping center, orders are shipped the same day; if the chosen model(s) are located in one of our secondary warehouses, delivery times may be longer. These estimated delivery times are not contractual and do not constitute a commitment. They may vary depending on order volume, product availability in our warehouses, or any other factor that may slow down processing, up to a maximum of 30 days.
The Brittany and Hauts-de-France regions and isolated areas cannot be delivered within 48 hours.

SAS GDC (GDC BOUTIQUE) cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier and the consequences that would follow.

Right and period of withdrawal

Pursuant to the provisions of Article L.221-18 et seq. of the Code
Under consumer law, the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, except, where applicable, for return shipping costs. They have a 14-day withdrawal period starting the day after the Customer, or a third party designated by them, physically receives the Products.

The Customer may also exercise this right of withdrawal, from the validation of the order and at the latest within 14 days from the day after it, this being understood to mean before dispatch.

Simply returning the goods without a declaration or refusing delivery is not sufficient to express one's intention to withdraw from the contract. In this case,

To notify GDC BOUTIQUE of its decision to withdraw from this agreement

In the event of cancellation, the Customer is required to return the Product(s) if they have received them physically. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless prior agreement has been obtained from our services (Article L.221-23).

In the event of withdrawal, the Customer is then reimbursed for the sums paid for the Product(s) initially ordered, including delivery costs for those Products which he or she has not physically received (in the case of a withdrawal after validation of the order and before its shipment), at the latest within 14 days from the date on which he or she informed SAS GDC (GDC BOUTIQUE) of his or her decision to withdraw.

SAS GDC (GDC BOUTIQUE) may defer reimbursement until the goods are returned or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same method of
payment other than that used by the Customer for the initial transaction.
SAS GDC (GDC BOUTIQUE) is not required to reimburse the costs
additional charges if the Customer has expressly chosen a delivery method
more expensive than the standard delivery method offered by SAS GDC (GDC BOUTIQUE), in accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-24 of the French Consumer Code. The standard delivery method refers to delivery to a "Relay Point".

8.1 Returns, excluding withdrawal

Returned products must be new and unused; they are to
carry out in their original packaging and complete (labels,
packaging, any accessories, etc.).
Any failure to comply may result in penalty charges according to the scale defined in the corresponding table, paragraph 8.2, reimbursement of returns.

Shoe boxes must not have any tape or any writing on them .
Any product that has been worn, damaged, is missing its original box, or has had its label removed, will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances. Shoe boxes must not have any tape or markings. In such cases, gdcboutique.com reserves the right
to apply a fixed penalty for damage displayed in the
table of penalties, which would then be deducted from the refund of the returned Product(s).

Return shipping costs will not be refunded if the products were purchased at a promotional price, or if the order benefited from a discounted price or any other type of reduction.

a. Return to Post Office and Relay Point

The Customer has 30 days from the date of receipt of their order to return a Product by mail or in store.

To make a return , the customer must log in to their account and go to the "MY ORDERS" section directly to the relevant order to confirm the return request. The return will be made free of charge at a collection point, or at a post office for Colissimo orders, using the return label that will be sent by email. The customer must keep the proof of postage.

Return costs are covered, up to a limit of one single return (containing one or more Products excluding products purchased on promotion, on an order that benefited from an advantageous price or a discount) per order, by SAS GDC: a "return label" must be requested from customer service using the form provided for this purpose by logging into the customer area, directly in the order concerned.

However, penalty fees may be applied in the following situations, as defined in the penalty table: returning a product without its original packaging, returning a damaged product, returning an item after the 30-day return period, failing to collect a package from a collection point or home within the allotted time, or blatant abuse of the return policy (for example, ordering multiple sizes to try on and return).

Please note that a return fee of up to €1 per pair will be applied if you choose postal delivery for the return of your items, rather than in-store pickup.

Furthermore, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs, whether partial or total, if we determine that it would have been preferable to return the order in-store and we recommended this option. A return fee of €3.90 (including VAT) will then be deducted from the refund for the returned product(s).
Example: The customer wishes to return their order and lives in Béziers, a town in which we
We have 2 stores. We advise the customer to return the item in-store; however, if the customer returns their order to a collection point, the return shipping fee will be deducted from their refund.

Products must be returned in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging and accompanied by the return form.

For items purchased online at a promotional price, the refund will be issued at the price paid online, not the in-store price.

Warning: the shoe box is not a suitable reshipping package.

Any damage to the Product(s), or failure to comply with these conditions, may invalidate the right of withdrawal and refund. In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, GDC SAS reserves the right to refuse a refund or to apply a fixed penalty for damage as shown in the penalty table, which will then be deducted from the refund for the returned Product(s).

Exchanges, outside of stores , are carried out by a new order from the Customer.

In the event of a second return , either after an exchange (this time for a refund), or because the customer did not include all items in the initial return, a shipping label can be provided to the customer for a flat fee of €7.80 (including VAT). This fee will then be deducted from the refund for the returned product(s).
If the customer does not wish to have this flat rate applied, they are free to choose their preferred carrier, provided they comply with the conditions outlined and strictly adhere to the following return address:

Special conditions apply to Corsica, the islands off the French coast, and difficult areas.

The conditions for "Return to Post Office and Relay Point" also apply to Corsica, the islands of the French coastline and difficult areas.
However, only returns of orders delivered via Colissimo will be accepted, limited to one item per order.

With the Colissimo option, you can also return your item to your own mailbox.

b. Return to store: exchange or credit note

You can, if you wish, return the item(s) free of charge.
Product(s) ordered on our Site in all our stores (list)
available at gdcboutique.com/magasins ).

To make a return for exchange in store, the Customer must go to the checkout of one of our stores with the item(s) accompanied by the corresponding purchase invoice available in your order history (to guarantee the price paid online).

After verifying the merchandise, the customer can exchange the pair for the same model to change the size (standard exchange for a size up or down), or, if preferred, for any other product in the store, subject to availability. In the latter case, the exchange value will be equal to the total price including tax charged at the time of purchase of the item(s).
In the case of exchanges for any other item:

  • If the price is the same, the customer will therefore have nothing to pay.
  • If the price is higher, he will have to pay the difference between the returned product and the new product.
  • If the price is lower, the Customer will be refunded the difference in the form of a credit note valid only in stores.


The Customer has 30 days from the date of receipt of their order to exchange a Product in one of our stores.

c. Return of an international order and for the French Overseas Departments, Regions, Communities and Territories

Returns for international destinations (Andorra, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland,
etc.) and for Departments, Regions, Communities and Territories
Overseas destinations (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Réunion, Martinique, etc.) are possible, but the associated costs remain the responsibility of the client.
