How to make a return

RETURN REQUEST

I log in and identify myself to my customer area.

I select the order that corresponds to my return.

I select the product to return by adding a reason.

I submit my return request and await the confirmation email.

After submitting my return request, I download and print my invoice before going to the store.

I go to the store with the item to return and its invoice.

The cashier gives me a credit note corresponding to the returned item.

I take a photo of my credit note and send it by email to customer service.

After submitting my return request, I print and fill out the return form to put in my package.

I retrieve and print the DPD label required for shipping.

I pack my parcel carefully and include the return slip with the item.

I drop off my parcel at a collection point and request proof of deposit.
